Creative Commons
Scroll down the right-hand side of Media Nation, and you'll see that I've added a Creative Commons logo to the site. What this means is that you can reuse content from Media Nation as long as you attribute it properly and don't try to profit from it. The idea is to bring common sense to copyright law, which too often comes down to a simple "no."

You also have the "share alike" proviso in your license. A good choice but not one the unfamiliar might recognize.
"Share Alike. If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one."
I've had one for a couple of years. As you say, common sense.
Now, I'll have to find a reason to quote you....
